• If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping expenses associated with the return of the product. The product must be returned in the condition it was purchased as stated on the original receipt of purchase and must be returned in original packaging: (NEW, SCRATCH and DENT or RECONDITIONED.)
• Merchandise can be returned within 30 days in like-new, unused, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
• Customer will be responsible for the return freight
• All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee to cover the initial shipping and handling cost
• GXI reserves the right to recoup additional expenses for parts and labor for use or abuse or damage of product in order to get it back to original condition in which it was shipped.

• Call GXi Customer Service at 1-919-550-3221 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. (8AM-5PM, EST, Monday through Friday).
• You will need to arrange for a freight carrier to pick up and ship your product back to GXi Outdoor Power. Payment for return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Collect shipments WILL NOT be accepted.

• Ensure that the product is in original packaging for shipment.
• Engine powered equipment that has been gassed or oiled must be completely drained of all flammable materials (gas and oil) before shipping if applicable.
• Ensure all accessories, hardware, and owner’s manual are included in the return shipment. The refunded amount will be reduced by the amount of original shipping charges for all returns.
• A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the return item at the GXi warehouse.

GXi reserves the right to refuse the return of Generators, Chippers and Snow Blowers purchased 7 days prior and/or 21 days after the period of a declared state of emergency or major weather conditions (including but not limited to hurricanes, tornados, snow storms, etc.).

All sales of additional accessories and parts are FINAL.

• Customers may return any unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the initial shipping and handling cost

• Opened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in salable condition with all original accessories, hardware, owner’s manual and original packaging. You will need to arrange for a freight carrier to pick up and ship your product back to GXi Outdoor Power.
• Payment for return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Collect shipments WILL NOT be accepted.
• 25% restocking fee will be applied to the original payment.

Order Cancellations
An order that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Any order that is refused will then fall under our standard return policy shown above.
