Important Pre-Delivery Information
• Check for damage before you accept delivery.
• DO NOT sign for your equipment until you have removed all packaging and verified you are satisfied with the condition of the equipment.
• By signing the driver’s bill of lading without noting any damage, you accept full responsible for any damage after the carrier driver leaves. The shipper will not be responsible for damage if it is not noted on the shipper's bill of lading / delivery receipt.
Important Maintenance Information
• Mowers, Snow Blowers and Chippers require regular maintenance of blades, belts, lubrication and engine oil changes to keep your equipment running well. More frequent maintenance will be required for commercial users.
• Customers must be comfortable with performing routine maintenance such as changing belts, blades, oil, etc. or be able to have a way to transport the product to a service center.
• I have a trailer or I plan to purchase a trailer to transport my equipment to a service.
Service and Replacement Parts
If the equipment requires servicing it is the responsibility of the customer to transport the equipment to and from the service center. Some services centers may provide pick-up and delivery at customer’s expense. Parts, service center and warranty assistance is available through GXi Customer Service line at (919-550-3221). Parts can also be ordered online at www.serviceandwarrantyonline.com.
• Reconditioned products are sold “as is” with a balanced engine warranty and 90 day parts and labor on all items except deficiencies noted at the time of sale.
• Scratch and Dent products are covered by a balanced warranty with the exception of any preexisting blemishes, scratches or dents and minor corrosion. Preexisting blemishes, scratches or dents and minor corrosion will not be covered under the warranty nor will they be grounds for refusal of delivery.
Important Returns Policy Information
• I have read and understand the returns policy.
• "Opened" products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in salable condition with all original accessories, hardware, owner’s manual and packaging. Refunded amount will be reduced by the amount of original shipping charges for all returns. Return the item to GXi, shipping prepaid by the customer and using the most convenient shipping method available to the customer.
• An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
• We encourage you to test your product within 15 days of delivery. In the event that you may have concerns about your product please contact GXi Customer Service.
Terms & Conditions
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping expenses associated with the return of the product. The product must be returned in the condition it was purchased as stated on the original receipt of purchase and must be returned in original packaging: (NEW, SCRATCH & DENT or RECONDITIONED.)
Scratch and Dent products – like new equipment with 2 to 20 hours of use with cosmetic blemishes from shipping or light use and possible minor corrosion. Covered by a full warranty with the exception of any preexisting blemishes, scratches or dents or corrosion.
Reconditioned products - Open, possibly used, tested to pass original specifications. Sold “as is” with a full engine warranty and 90 days parts and labor.

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days in like-new, unused, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Call GXi Customer Service at 1-919-550-3221 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. (8AM-5PM, EST, Monday through Friday).
- Arrange for a freight carrier to pick up and ship your product back to GXi Outdoor Power. Payment for return shipment is the responsibility of the customer’s. Collect shipments WILL NOT be accepted.

- Ensure that product is in original packaging for shipment.*
- Engine powered equipment that has been gassed or oiled must be completely drained of all flammable materials (gas and oil) before shipping if applicable.
- Ensure all accessories, hardware, and owner’s manual are included in the return shipment.
Refunded amount will be reduced by the amount of original shipping charges for all returns.
1. When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the return item at the GXi warehouse.
2. What if I do not have my original packaging?
No returns are accepted without original packaging.*
GXi reserves the right to refuse the return of Generators, Chippers and Snow Blowers purchased 7 days prior and/or 21 days after the time period of a declared state of emergency or major weather conditions (including but not limited to hurricanes, tornados, snow storms, etc).
All sales of additional accessories and parts are final.
Customers may return any "unopened" products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
"Opened" products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in salable condition with all original accessories, hardware, owner’s manual and packaging. Return the item to GXi, shipping prepaid by the customer and using the most convenient shipping method available to the customer.
An order that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Any order that is refused will then fall under our standard return policy shown above.
We encourage you to test your product within 15 days of delivery. In the event that you may have concerns about your product please contact GXi Customer Service Department at 1-919-550-3221. Expert technicians are standing by to assistance you. Please have your model number and serial number available at the time of your call to expedite your service.
GXi retains the exclusive and sole right of acceptance of all returns, exchanges or cancellation of an order.
Refund amount will be reduced by the cost of any missing accessories, parts, hardware, owner’s manual, required repair, and / or the reduction in market value due to excessive use.
*Exceptions apply to the return of mowers. Return packaging will be provided by GXi Outdoor Power.
With the prior agreement of GXi Outdoor Power, any claim, dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to or concerning this agreement and/or purchase of product shall be decided by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association and any such arbitration proceedings shall be brought and held in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgment upon any award of the arbitrators may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Shipping - Risk of Loss
A Bill of Lading (BOL) / shipping receipt is a legal tranfer of ownership from the shipping carrier to the customer. If you sign the shipping receipt / BOL without noting any damage, you are accepting the product as “delivered in good condition.” Please inspect product thoroughly prior to signing the BOL. Customers are responsible for any damage not notated on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. GXi is not responsible or liable for any damage after customer signs the BOL.
1. What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged DO NOT SIGN for the product and refuse delivery. Immediately call GXi Customer Service, 1-919-550-3221.
2. What if I discover damage to my product after accepting delivery?
If damage is not noted on the BOL the customer is responsible for any damage discovered after delivery is accepted.
3. Do I need to keep my original packaging?
Yes, in the event that you need to return your product all original packaging is required.
Freight Damaged Products
As stated above if during inspecting your product you discover damage before the carrier leaves and/or before signing the BOL, please REFUSE DELIVERY and Call GXi Outdoor Power Customer Service immediately (919-550-3221) to start the process of an appropriate claim and coordinate an exchange for the damage product.
On occasion, the outer packaging may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. In the same manner the outer packaging may look fine, but the product inside the box may be damaged. Both are examples of concealed damage. If you suspect concealed damage, notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present.
Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please REFUSE DELIVERY and Call GXi Outdoor Power Customer Service immediately (919-550-3221) to start the process of an appropriate claim and coordinate an exchange for the damage product.

- Purchases are subject to use tax in other states unless exempt from taxation in those other states.
- The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by Catalog.
- Other states will require customers to report their purchases that were not taxed and pay use tax on those purchases. Customers should check their state's reporting requirements for tax forms to be used for this purpose.
