Merchandise can be returned within 30 days in like-new, unused, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Call GXi Customer Service at 1-919-550-3221 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. (8AM-5PM, EST, Monday through Friday).
- Arrange for a freight carrier to pick up and ship your product back to GXi Outdoor Power. Payment for return shipment is the responsibility of the customer’s. Collect shipments WILL NOT be accepted.

- Ensure that product is in original packaging for shipment.*
- Engine powered equipment that has been gassed or oiled must be completely drained of all flammable materials (gas and oil) before shipping if applicable.
- Ensure all accessories, hardware, and owner’s manual are included in the return shipment.
Refunded amount will be reduced by the amount of original shipping charges for all returns.
1. When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item at the GXi warehouse.
2. What if I do not have my original packaging?
No returns are accepted without original packaging.*
GXi reserves the right to refuse the return of Generators, Chippers and Snow Blowers purchased 7 days prior and/or 21 days after the time period of a declared state of emergency or major weather conditions (including but not limited to hurricanes, tornados, snow storms, etc).
All sales of additional accessories and parts are final.
Customers may return any "unopened" products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
"Opened" products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in salable condition with all original accessories, hardware, owner’s manual and packaging. Return the item to GXi, shipping prepaid by the customer and using the most convenient shipping method available to the customer.
An order that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Any order that is refused will then fall under our standard return policy shown above.
We encourage you to test your product within 15 days of delivery. In the event that you may have concerns about your product please contact GXi Customer Service Department at 1-919-550-3221. Expert technicians are standing by to assistance you. Please have your model number and serial number available at the time of your call to expedite your service.
GXi retains the exclusive and sole right of acceptance of all returns, exchanges or cancellation of an order.
Refund amount will be reduced by the cost of any missing accessories, parts, hardware, owner’s manual, required repair, and / or the reduction in market value due to excessive use.
*Exceptions apply to the return of mowers. Return packaging will be provided by GXi Outdoor Power.
